My own “personal IT go-to-guy”? YES!
Let us take this opportunity to introduce ourselves……
Thanks to satisfied customers, the business grew by word-of-mouth referrals and Warren soon realized that he needed help in order to provide the level of service that their customers were accustomed to.
Over time the team grew to a total of six technical and three support staff and Grapple IT transitioned from a drop-fix IT company to a Managed Service Provider offering their customers a wider range of products and services to meet their specific IT needs.
Warren believes in fair as well as honest business practices and he incorporates these aspects into the way he leads his staff and deals with customers.
So as you can see, we’re not a “fly-by-night” company who will breeze into your life and out again, we’ve been around for 10 years, offering quality IT service to our customers.
Right now all we’d like you to do is to look out for a further two emails in the next two days to find out how you can benefit from having your own “personal IT go-to-guy”!
Here’s what you need to do now to get started! ….
Whitelist and prioritize all emails from “email@example.com”
If your emails aren’t getting through, you’ll miss out on what we’re going to bring you.
Have you ever waited on an email, become frustrated when you couldn’t find it, just to realize that it wound up sorted into the wrong tab? While email clients rework their algorithms frequently and use artificial intelligence to constantly improve the function of their tabs, they don’t work perfectly. That’s where whitelisting comes in.
So please take the following simple actions to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- If you are a Gmail user or you use any other web-based email that filters broadcasts away from your main inbox be sure to “drag” any emails from Grapple IT into your priority inbox. Usually, all you need to do is open an email message and verify the sender can be trusted. (Again, you don’t want to miss something.)
- Create a special “Grapple IT” folder where you can archive emails from Grapple IT AFTER you have read them. This is important …. DO NOT setup filers to automatically direct our mails into these folders, or again, you are likely to miss something. Simply move them manually to the folder after the information in the email has been consumed.
