My own “personal IT go-to-guy”? YES!

Let us take this opportunity to introduce ourselves……

Located in Cape Town, Warren Binedell established Grapple IT in June 2011 as a Sole Proprietor and has over 30 years of personal working experience in the I.T. industry. (This year we celebrate our 10th birthday! How awesome is this 🎈)

Thanks to satisfied customers, the business grew by word-of-mouth referrals and Warren soon realized that he needed help in order to provide the level of service that their customers were accustomed to.

Over time the team grew to a total of six technical and three support staff and Grapple IT transitioned from a drop-fix IT company to a Managed Service Provider offering their customers a wider range of products and services to meet their specific IT needs.

Warren believes in fair as well as honest business practices and he incorporates these aspects into the way he leads his staff and deals with customers.

He also believes that one should not have to be locked into a contract with a service provider and claims that if the customer is pleased with the service they receive, they will have no reason to leave. (You’ve got to admit this does make sense 🙋)

So as you can see, we’re not a “fly-by-night” company who will breeze into your life and out again, we’ve been around for 10 years, offering quality IT service to our customers.

Here’s what you can expect from us ….

Right now all we’d like you to do is to look out for a further two emails in the next two days to find out how you can benefit from having your own “personal IT go-to-guy”!

Sound fair?

GOOD!

Here’s what you need to do now to get started! ….

Make sure you’re getting our emails!

Whitelist and prioritize all emails from “support@grappleit.co.za”

This is important!

If your emails aren’t getting through, you’ll miss out on what we’re going to bring you.

These days, with email clients like Gmail creating tabs to sort your inbox automatically, whitelisting your favourite email addresses becomes more important than ever for anyone using email – which is pretty much everyone.

Have you ever waited on an email, become frustrated when you couldn’t find it, just to realize that it wound up sorted into the wrong tab? While email clients rework their algorithms frequently and use artificial intelligence to constantly improve the function of their tabs, they don’t work perfectly. That’s where whitelisting comes in.

Knowing how to whitelist your favourite email addresses is a handy inbox hack that will make your inbox more efficient. And who doesn’t need that?

So please take the following simple actions to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

  1. If you are a Gmail user or you use any other web-based email that filters broadcasts away from your main inbox be sure to “drag” any emails from Grapple IT  into your priority inbox. Usually, all you need to do is open an email message and verify the sender can be trusted. (Again, you don’t want to miss something.)
  2. Create a special “Grapple IT” folder where you can archive emails from Grapple IT AFTER   you have read them. This is important …. DO NOT setup filers to automatically direct our mails into these folders, or again, you are likely to miss something. Simply move them manually to the folder after the information in the email has been consumed.
Well that’s all for for now, have a fantastic day.
